Refund policy
At THEMENCO, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our men's apparel and gear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
a) Custom Orders: Because each custom apparel or gear item is made-to-order, these items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer defects or damages.
b) Gift cards
c) Intimate apparel or sanitary goods (if applicable)
d) Final sale items
3. Exchanges (Including Size/Color Exchanges)
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right. We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, provided the original item meets our return eligibility criteria.
We also replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at themenco.com@gmail.com to initiate the process.
4. The Return Process
To complete your return, please contact us at themenco.com@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
a) First, recheck your bank account.
b) Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
c) Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item sent by us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
