Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional few days. Please allow extra time for transit. Should there be a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 12–24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s official portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

THEMENCO is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Issues

THEMENCO assumes liability for products damaged or lost during transit, provided they are reported promptly. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at themenco.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

a) Requirements: Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items.

b) ocumentation: Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage in your email to expedite the claim process.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Because we strive for fast processing, there is a very limited window to modify an address. Please contact us immediately if you realize there is an error in your shipping information.

7. Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

a) Check with members of your household, neighbors, or your local post office.

b) THEMENCO is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
